Hi my mum resent it purchased a 12 pro max she wanted it specifically for the dual sim tray to store 2 phone sims however I watched all the vids on how to install 2 sims and the sim tray is different it doesn’t have a spring and the sim can’t fit on the tray

The only iphone that has the capability of 2 physical SIM cards is sold only in China.
