My street is not on the maps, making it difficult to send location. Can I write somewhere for it to be added?

Try dropping a pin and scroll down to bottom of info window. Look for “Add a missing place,” or “Report a problem.”
I’m not at a Mac to check how it works on macOS. The above works on an iPhone if you have one and the same isn’t possible in macOS Maps.
