can another iphone mirror my activity in real time via icloud or other method

Thank you. I became concerned when a coworker showed me a text that contained a screen shot of an email she had received. It was as though the other iphone mirrored hers either in real time or perhaps via history?

While one iPhone cannot mirror another, 2 iPhones that share an Apple ID can both see anything that either phone syncs to iCloud. So the takeaway is NEVER share an Apple ID between different people. It’s OK between, say, your own iPhone and your own iPad, but it and Apple ID should not be shared with another user, even someone you are close to.
