Songs shown in Album view on iPhone say “album” instead of track name

I’m using iTunes for PC. My songs are tagged and labeled appropriately. When I sync to my phone the songs come over correctly tagged in song view see picture 1. However when looking at songs in album view the track name says “album” see picture 2. I’ve tried unsync and resync, I’ve tried a tag editor and rewriting the tags. I did notice 1 of my 4 albums is displayed properly but I don’t see any difference between that album tag and others. I’m at a loss. Any ideas would be appreciated.
