Can I Change my apple ID with apple card ?

An Apple card is issued to a specific Apple ID and can only be used with that ID. If you want an Apple card for another ID, you will need to apply for a new card.

If you want to change the email address associated with your current Apple ID, you can do that, and still use the card.
