Is there any way I can buy more storage for my device on another device?
My phone is broken and I need to back it up but I have no more I could storage. So I was wondering if i can buy more storage on my computer FOR my iphone.

iCloud storage is shared by and accessible to all devices that are using the same Apple ID for iCloud. It is not linked to any specific device. The following has instructions on how to upgrade: Upgrade your iCloud storage plan - Apple Support
However, I don't know of a way to backup an iPhone that is broken.
