can a calculator be imbedded with notes with ease to invoke it?

There isn't a listed option for the Notes app. However, you can select iPad and leave your feedback there.

Whilst you cannot “embed” an App in your Notes, have you considered using the iPadOS Slide-over or Split Screen features?

Some Calculator Apps, such as PCalc, can be used with iPadOS Slide-over or Split Screen modes - thus keeping the Calculator on-screen whilst working with other Apps that also support iPadOS multitasking.
