You are not addressing Apple here. This is a user to user support forum and Apple does not participate here. If you wish to speak to Apple Support, you need to use the Contact Support link at the top of the page here.

If you are seeing an unfamiliar charge on your card, see this, If you see 'apple.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support and follow the instructions.

If all you did was receive an email stating there was a deduction, then it was probably a phishing attempt to get your account info. See this, Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
