Contacts not syncing

I updated my Contacts on my iPad Pro yesterday. Despite being linked to the Cloud the additions I made on that device are not updating on my iPhone or MacMini. However, when I make changes on my iPhone or MacMini those changes are made to the iPad Pro. Help!

On the iPad, try Settings/Your Name/iCloud and slide off syncing. Wait a few minutes and then slide syncing on. Allow time for syncing to occur.


Last resort - have you tried signing out of iCloud, restarting the device, and then signing back in?
