my iphone 11 says i am offline

my iphone 11 keeps saying i am offline. I have a 5g service and it says i have a strong signal.

iphone 11 cannot receive 5G

Check with your network provider if this SIM will supply 4G on iphone 11

Try turning on airplane mode then iff again.

You could also try Settings, General, Reset, Reset network settings.
