Dispute App Charge

How do I dispute a charge for an app? I was prematurely charged $139.99 for the Grammarly app before the 1 year mark.

I need a refund from Apple i need a refund for all the money you guys have taken out my account without my approval… I did not accept anything to be taken out my account and I have no idea why you guys are charging me but I need a refund for everything you guys have taken out my account… it’s like $4.11 and like $2.90 and it happens every week I think but it’s annoying and I need my money back ASAP!
