What generation Apple TV work with Apple fitness

Do I need to buy a new Apple TV to use apple fitness. My 1st gen Apple TV has been updated but doesn’t work

You need an Watch Series 3 or later running watchOS 7.2

And TV HD or TV 4K running tvOS 14.3
