Apple Watch pass code

My I phone was reset by mistake to which I paired my Apple Watch.

I forgot my pass code for my Apple Watch and can't pair it with my current nor my new IPhone.

i forgot the passcode, i am following the reset instructions and it doesn't want to cooperate. I recently changed the passcode on my apple watch and I forgot it. I got a new phone and I am trying to pair the new phone w/ my watch. How do I reset the watch and pair it to my new phone?
