Trying to work out what the grey arrow is top right of the status bar (not location services) also a no.2 top left?

Any idea what type of app? How I might find it? I’ve just been deleting all the apps I don’t use.

I know now to always check photos in full screen 😆 at least me phones had a bit of a clear out anyway!
