I want to cancel a recent App Store download. I followed the instructions but it is still listed and says after my “free one week trial” I will be billed $9.99 monthly unless I cancel. I cancelled but it is still there.

How can I make sure my account isn’t automatically charged for an app I recently downloaded but cancelled as soon as I discovered it would automatically charge my account $9.99 monthly?

If you get no help, contact iTunes Store support team using this link:--> iTunes Store & App Store – Get support for various issues , choosing your country, then Apple ID, then iTunes & App Store. If your problem is not among the

options shown there, tap/click on the option “the topic is not listed” and describe your issue.
