Apple Watch Issue

Hi!! My Apple Watch won’t turn on or reset. I’ve connected it to the charger and it’s not charging. What other options do I have to resolve this issue?

I attempted that prior to sending the support question. I haven’t used it in months and it’s not showing on my phone account which is odd. Any other suggestions?
