Possible to downgrade from macOS Big Sur to OS X Mavericks?

Just wondering if it at all is possible to downgrade my MBPR 2014 from Big Sur to Mavericks. Felt nostalgic for some reason.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.0

yes assuming Mavericks is compatible. You need to boot the Mac with the OS X installer. You cannot run an installer while booted in a higher version.
