Short code messages are not coming through

Go to Settings/Messages/Unknown & Spam. Do you have Filter Unknown Messages turned on? If so this will put them in a different queue in the Messages app. Tap the “<“ at the top of the screen and tap All Messages to see them.

Have you contacted your carrier and see whether they can do something to fix this issue on your account?
