Short code messages are not coming through

Short code messages not being received. I already did troubleshooting.

Go to Settings/Messages/Unknown & Spam. Do you have Filter Unknown Messages turned on? If so this will put them in a different queue in the Messages app. Tap the “<“ at the top of the screen and tap All Messages to see them.
