i need to reset my icloud password to unlock my computer to download garageband

im locked out bc i have the wrong email for my icloud and i dont know that password. im trying to sign in to download garageband

For the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password. See if you can get an email option if necessary.
