Colors Line on Right Side of Screen (IPhone X)

My phone has been having screen issues for the past couple of days! It first began with glitching white lines across the screen with a green bright pixelated line in the upper right corner. It soon changed to green lines over the right side of the screen. After that, the lines of the screen went away but the green light in the corner is still there and is now changing colors. I reset my phone and then did a hard reset, but nothing has changed. Is is a hardware, software, or screen issue?
