Why are apps being uninstalled from my iPhone without my permission? Is there some power in the EULA that allows Apple to reach into my phone to audit and remove things it feels like?
Has anyone else had access to your phone? At home? At work?
yes some of my apps show up with the cloud beside them, I tried to download them back and they are no longer available in App Store. My Offload Unused Apps is off and I have 135 gigs available. Wtf!!!
no one can 'reach into your phone' and delete things.
Somehow apps are removed from my phone without any intervention or intention on my part. What would cause that?

Do you have the setting Offload Unused Apps set to ON? If YES then set it to OFF.
Open Settings ➔ General ➔ iPhone Storage ➔ Offload Unused Apps : Set this to OFF.
