Apple news App slow, jerky scrolling. Terrible user experience

I have an issue with the Apple News App on my MacBook Pro 2020 version running macOS Big Sur 11.1 (i.e. the latest version). Scrolling on Apple News app is appalling, jerky and slow. It works fine on my iPad and my iPhone but is a shockingly bad experience on the MacBook Pro! This really needs to be resolved Apple!

Apple News+ "Today" Takes Forever to Load on iOS I've been using Apple News/News+ on iOS for years but only recently has the "today" tab begun to either not load or take forever to load. I'm talking over 5 minutes, I'm actually still waiting as I write this. The other tabs (News+, Audio, Following) load fine, but the "Today" just keeps loading and loading. I do not have this issue on the Mac version of the app. What is causing this?

Apple News+ Banner Flickering When attempting to read an Apple News+ article, I get this super annoying flickering banner in the bottom lefthand corner. It's been happening for months--even accross reboots. Using a Mac Book Pro. Please make it stop.
