M1 Capture card support

Does anyone know what capture cards are supported for the M1 macs? I've been searching Youtube and I see that some people are suggesting the Elgato HD 60 S Plus but I was wondering if anyone had any experience with some other cards like the Razer Ripsaw or Avermedia devices.

Whatever you do not get the Elgato HD60S... you could try the HD60S+ (the plus version) or the CamLink4K

I've tried the Chinese Brand capture cards for $10 - $100 and they all start lagging after a while and go out of sync with the audio.

From various sources on the web I've seen that people vouch for the: "ClonerAlliance Flint 4KP" Although I have not tried it, Many way more knowledgeable than me vouch for it like EpoxVox on YT: https://youtu.be/wSwuYef4jyk
