Watch screen

My Apple Watch constantly shows the Apple sign. It always shuts off and shows that. Eventually when it turns on itself so I can use it, it shows it’s dead like 10 mins later even though it’s been on the charger for days straight because I can not use it due to it never turning past the Apple sign. How do I fix this? It has an update I need to do but it won’t let me.
