onedrive app UI is not proper in macOS Big Sur, did someone tried resolving it, please help us with you solutions applied?

In Windows, if I opened multiple files in the same application, in the task bar icon of the application, if I hovered over it, it will show all open files as small previews line up at the bottom. So convenient. Let me make it clear here that it is not multiple instances of the same application. It is multiples files opened in the same application. How do I see this preview on Mac Monterey ? Customize toolbar grayed out on macbook Pro Big Sur I recently upgraded to Big Sur on my old macbook pro. I want to add Messages and other things back to my menu bar (pops up at bottom of screen, as I want it to), but when I go to View>Toolbars>Customize Toolbar it is grayed out. How do I fix this to add things back to my menu/toolbar?

macos big sur destop item problems Since I have been upgrading to MacOS Big Sur, There is always the same problem: Trying to delete or rename desktop items but it does not respond. Moving an item form desktop to another folders does not respond. Secreenshots does not appear after intervals. After restart or log out/in it reacts. With the second update it was solved but it repeats again with 11.2.2. I have been using MacOs since 2005 with Leopard but i have never faced such an issue before with the previous versions. Big Sur is the most problematic one i use. Does anyone have the same problems too?

Thank you.

I was interacting with Microsoft for the last two months, they unable to come out with an update.

I thought it is something that Big Sur to handle as well.
