No audio on iPhone 12 Pro Max

I purchased the phone brand new on December 23rd I believe. Today I heard a static sound that was alarming and now I have no audio at all on speaker or off. I have audio on FaceTime only.

I have no sound from my iPhone 12 earpiece I have no sound from my i phone 12 earpiece . It was working fine yesterday then i had a call last night and i couldnt hear anything in the earpiece . Poor audio on iPhone 13 My quality of the audio on my new iPhone 13 is poor. Nothing is showing up in diagnostics run at the Genius Bar, but everyone can hear the static and background noise. Is there a fix for this?
