Best USB-C hub/dock for M1 Macbook pro 13" ?

I'll be upgrading to an M1 MBP within the month and am looking for recommendations on the best quality hub to use for additional ports. I'll be using a Dell U2720Q for a monitor, which would normally charge the laptop via USB-C, so I'd like to find a hub that supports this feature. I had originally considered purchasing the Belkin Thunderbolt 3 Dock Pro (featured in the apple shop) but reviews on the Belkin page seem in to indicate it has not been tested for Big Sur compatibility yet, and that a new version should be released within the year. I'm not too keen on waiting, so I was wondering if anyone has a hub that they absolutely love and trust at this point.

I'm a photographer and digital artist, so these components are essential to both my creativity as well as my business (and I'll still need as many USB-A 3.0's as I can get, lol). Any input or advice is greatly appreciated.
