Can’t install apps on iOS 14.3

hello.

I updated my iOS to 14.3 but ever since then I can’t install apps.

it says unable to install “mi fit” please try again later.

And it seems i am not the only one with this problem.

kindly help

If you can’t download or update any apps, including free apps, and you see a message about billing or payment, learn what to do.
