Canva pro subscription not activated

Hi, i have subscribed to canva pro app since august 2020 but the app does not detect that i am not a subscriber. How to get my subscriber id for me to forward the issue to the developer ?

attached is the billing invoice from apple regarding my subscription and my current status of subscription in the ios is still active.
