CANCEL 50GB STORAGE PLAN ASAP

I have an iPhone 7 that’s been off for about 6 months. I’m still paying for my 50gb. When I try to cancel it on the phone itself it just freezes. I need the plan cancelled and the money refunded back this is an absolute rip off
