Apple id is locked

Hey I just updated my iphone to ios 14. Previously it was connected with other apple id and now its showing other apple id to enter password. I have tried calling apple support but no response from there. Perhaps they are busy with locking other users. Can someone help me through this.

I know my Apple ID and Password, but my iPhone is locked and I cant unlock it. I wanted to reset the Password because it said Id has been locked but when i try to unlock it it says "id not valid or supported" Im writing this on my other Apple Id. my iphone 12 mini is currently locked because i factory resetted it via itunes. i know my password and id, but it doesnt work.

Locked out of apple id on my iphone 14 pro When I click on my appleid on my phone it is grey and will not allow me to change anything. This is something I have done in settings but don't know how to undo
