Hi Kingg1234,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

We understand that you'd like to erase your iPhone but you're unable to unlock it due to a cracked screen. You can erase your iPhone by putting it in recovery mode and connecting it to your computer.

The instructions on how to put your iPhone into recovery mode are found in this article:

If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Next, locate and view your connected device on your computer. When you see the option to Restore or Update, choose Restore.

If your iPhone is signed into iCloud, you can sign into iCloud via a web browser on your computer here: iCloud

  1. Open the Find My app and choose the Devices tab.
  2. Select the device you want to remotely erase.
  3. Scroll down and choose Erase This Device.
  4. Select Erase This [device].
  5. After the device has been erased, click Remove from Account.

We hope this helps.

Take care!
