Passwords

I’ve recently switched iPhones and made a new email for my iCloud. For downloading apps and everything it’s using my old email for my old iCloud. I also changed phone numbers so anytime it wants to send a code it’s texting my old phone that’s off. I have tried clicking on my picture in settings and hitting password and security but everything is asking for a password and I have no options or links to change it.
