Receipt for in-store purchase

I purchased something at the WTC Apple Store yesterday, but no receipt was emailed, as they usually are. I've attempted calling the store, but get cut off each time while on hold. I'm doing monthly payments, so maybe that's why? Anyone have a clue how I can get a receipt? Thanks.
