This does not work with M1 MacBookPro

Credit cards in Wallet is disabled on my new M1 Macbook Pro due to security settings. Any ideas how to overcome this?

I have the same problem and this recommendation to check the box fo Apple Pay under Touch ID isn't the problem.

Another issue is that the Mac M1 uses a different sequence to start in Recovery mode. You must turn off, then hold the start button until you hear the gong, then hold Command and R.

This won't help solve the problem because the recovery utilities won't let you reset security for start up disk
