logic pro start up registry issue

When I try to open Logic Pro, it hangs up on scanning audio units. After several minutes I force quit the program and see a window that says there's a registry issue, is the software installed properly. I have the latest update (10.6.1) on the program downloaded from the App Store. I tried trashing some audio units that I don't use with no luck.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Logic Pro X won't load - registry error I have Logic Pro X v. 10.5.1 on a MacBook Pro. I worked great. This week I upgraded the MacOS to v. 10.15.6. Now, when loading Logic, the usual Logic screen appears with a message saying "updating information about audio plug-ins". It stays on this screen for a while until the spinning beach ball appears. I've waited up to 20 minutes with no change. I can't quit the app and must use Force Quit ("Logic Pro X - not responding") to quit the app. After quitting the app a message pops up saying "Registry Error - Make sure this product is properly installed". I've tried rebooting the computer - no luck. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Logic - no luck. Again, it worked great before updating the MacOS. That's all I can think of that changed. I could not find a related previous post in the community groups and would really appreciate any help regarding how this can be fixed. Thanks.

Seriously? Logic Pro becomes unusable due to audio unit conflicts after upgrading to Ventura? Seriously? I have to finish a project tonight and the app crashes continuously on startup. Mac Mini M1.

Logic Pro Sound Library Missing/Cannot be Relocated While setting up my Sound Library, I've been getting greyed-out menus and error messages all over my face. I've scoured the internet for answers, yet no solution has worked for me. I've done everything from re-downloading, to manually symlink-ing, to changing users, to deleting receipts, to re-installation, to resetting preferences. And on the manual symlink-ing, I got this prompt when I launched Logic Pro: "Logic Library" is the name of the last drive I had the Sound Library on. I have had that volume wiped since then. This has led me to think that there is some old preferences file that is buried in the system somewhere that I have to clear. In conclusion, I have 2 questions to ask: How can I revert this problem that I've gotten myself into? (if even possible) Is there a preferences parameter or file that remembers the last place the Sound Library was located and where can I find it?
