How to stop shortcuts notifications?

Hi! I’ve recently updated to iOS 14.3 and I’ve started getting notifications from shortcuts. I know about the trick to turn them off by using screen time, but it didn’t work when I tried it. I attached a picture which shows that the notifications should be off, but they still open every time I open an app. Any help is appreciated, thank you!
