Where is the credit

I traded in an old iPad sometime ago and received £25

I now want to buy a new iPad but can’t find where this credit is to use as part payment.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You should have received an email with a code to use on the Apple website.

Check your email for the gift card code.
