For some reason I am showing up as an Unknown Caller on my friends Iphone 12 Pro Max.
I am saved as one of his contacts and also saved as a favorite.
We have tried multiple recommended fixes and nothing has worked.
iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 14
See if he has stored the Phone number in the correct format.
