Apple Watch is heating and don’t start

Some time ago my Apple Watch 4 series heated on my hand and turned off. After this I try to charge, but it heating and periodically I see Apple logo. What happened? Official services in my country is absent.

It sounds like a hardware problem,. but you might try the steps in:

If your Apple Watch won't charge or it won't turn on - Apple Support
