Trouble shooting in 24 fps on iPhone XR with iOS 14.3

I'm working on a project with someone far from where I live. She's filming herself on her iPhone XR with the iOS 14.3. I need it in 24 frames per second. She says her phone can shoot in 24 fps, and that she's set it to that. But every time she shoots video, it comes out in 30 fps. How does she fix this? Thanks!
