Appple APP STORE is gone

The App Store app is not one of the apps that can be deleted.

If on an iPhone with iOS 14 it can be removed from the home screen. If you have iOS 14 and this is on an iPhone, go to the App Library (swipe left past your last home screen). From there you can touch and hold an app and slide it left back to the home screen.

That app cannot be deleted. So it’s on some Home Screen or in a folder.

If you choose, you may do Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout and it will appear that way.

Or, as FoxFifth indicates, perhaps it’s been restricted.
