Return phone to apple

Hi, my name is Indika and I received my iPhone 12 pro 2 weeks ago and was supposed to return the phone for a trade in for the IPhone 12 pro. Now I received a box to send and ship to the facility to get it back to you guys, but it recently said that It’s a invalid box number. I tried taking it in the FedEx facility and see if maybe they can take it from there, but they said it’s not valid and doesn’t scan through the system. Now I don’t what exactly to do and was trying to see if maybe it’s still possible to trade my phone in so I can get back a certain amount of the money wasn’t supposed to be taken. When did you receive the return box? We're asking as it is required to send your device back as soon as you receive the prepaid shipping label.


"Keep in mind that the estimated trade-in value is valid for 14 days, and we encourage you to send the device to us within this time frame to ensure that you get this value. Recycled devices should be sent back as soon as possible, at a time that’s convenient for you."
