MacBook Air

Hi! I bought the new MacBook Air this summer for college. Since a week, when my Mac is open for more then 5 minutes, the fan start running and never stop until I close my Mac. But I used the same computer for my online class for 4 months and the fan wasn't running for days... I touched under the computer, the keyboard, etc., to see if my Mac was hot, but not even a little bit. What's the problem? Can someone helps me? Thank you

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

Hi,

Resetting SMC could solve your issue.

If it doesn't help, try to run Apple Diagnostics if it reports something related thermal or fan issue.
