There is a macbook air 13 signed on to my account but I do not have one.

I want to delete this device below. My ipad mini is getting fixed.

If you do not have a MacBook Air and you are certain that the device should not belong under your Apple ID THEN delete it from the device list. You stated that your iPad Mini is being repaired. Any reason why you feel that these two are connected?
