Apple mobile iOS/iPadOS devices have NO expandable, internal storage.
If you have had the 8th gen iPad for less than 14 days, you can return this device for a full refund and purchase a larger storage iPad.
If you had this iPad for longer than 14 days, you can use Apple Trade-in policies to trade-in that iPad toward another new iPad or try and sell this iPad yourself.
