iPhone 12 Pro reception issues

My cellular service is constantly dropping and collars sound like robots and continuously break up. The collar on the other end can hear me the entire time however I cannot hear them on Verizon cellular. I have turned off 5G in the settings an activated LTE only with no luck. Anyone experiencing similar issues? Running the latest iOS and there are no updates available and resetting the network services did not fix the problem

5g reception We just got the new iPhone 13 Pro Max (2phones) and the 5g and signal reception at our house is totally crap. No one can hear us properly and we lose calls all day long. What is the problem? We've adjusted settings. Turned off 5g. Rebooted. Help! I've tried everything from the online advise and forums. It seems like the 5g signal is the issue as we had great reception previously.

12 pro max poor reception New iPhone 12 Pro Max is not usable when traveling in areas with weaker service. My iPhone X & iPad all show 2-3 bars of 4G or even 4 LTE sitting side by side. New 12 pro Max show no service. Tried rebooting with no help. Ridiculous that I upgraded phones & now reception problems or antenna issue.
