About Genius Bar Appointments:
You need to setup a Genius Bar Appointment at your local Apple Store. But, note that most Apple Stores are closed at the moment, due to COVID-19. So, if the Apple Store is not open, then use Send-in Service.
To Set Once Up:

- Select: "Get software help" or "Get hardware help" buttons
