Why I can't download uber app here it says you need to have iOS 12.8

I don't have questions for the community now but I need to know why I can't download other app such as uber and indrve here .If u can help me to download the better

Hi - If the uber app has been updated so it now only runs on later versions of IOS - and your phone cannot be upgraded to that version of IOS, then you can't have the app. Sorry.

You will need to talk to Uber to see if they can give you an older version of the app that might work on your phone.
