Three Volumes Named "Macintosh HD - Data" in Disk Utility

Hi,

so recently had to reset my computer and download big sur fresh. But ever since I've gotten this message pop up every-time I login to my mac:

"Enter a password to unlock the disk “Macintosh HD — Data”.

Also, there are three volumes names Macintosh HD - Data in my disk utility eating up so much space.

If anyone could help me that would be much appreciated thanks.

The two with the em dash (long dash) are probably orphans from when you "reset" your computer.

Select each and look at the "Mount Point:"

The ones mounted at /Volumes/ are the orphans.

The one mounted at /System/Volumes/Data is the real Data volume.

You can use the Remove button ( – ) to get rid of the others.
